Hypothetical Bluegrass Solution
This project features Kane Hollins, winner of the 2015 Rockygrass banjo contest, Jon Hickam on guitar and occasionally mandolin, and Max Heepke on upright bass. They play traditional, high energy, banjo-driven bluegrass music. Hypothetical Bluegrass Solution can scale down to a duo or up to a 5 piece depending on the situation. Their repertoire includes a heavy dose of original tunes from both Jon and Kane, as well as various early bluegrass, western, cowboy, jug band, and honky-tonk classics.
